HOW TO ADOPT

Please complete and submit the adoption application below. Completion of the form alone will not guarantee a puppy. Once we have a chance to review the application and communicate with you, we will either approve or deny the application. Please be advised that we reserve the right to deny anyone at any time if we feel a Golden Paw Farm puppy is not a good fit. **Please be advised, we NO LONGER adopt puppies out to families with children under 2 years of age. If you have any questions about this new policy, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Once you are approved, please make your nonrefundable deposit. Puppy picks are made in order of deposits received, according to sex of pup and color options available. 
We offer puppy visitation by appointment after the pups are 3 weeks old and before they are ready to go home. We know how exciting watching your puppy grow can be. 
Puppy Pick up day! We will contact you with your day and pick up time. The balance, if any, of the puppy will be due in cash upon pick up. We will go over the adoption agreement, 2 year health guarantee, spay/neuter contract, microchip information and registration paperwork. Once all forms are signed, you will receive your puppy packet, supplies, gifts and your new beautiful puppy!
